A case in production: Leroy Merlin España

Leroy Merlin España needed to review its cloud spend continuously, an audit its Operations team had been doing by hand, project by project. Diverger built a platform of AI agents that analyzes each project's consumption and produces reports with prioritized recommendations, an action plan and an estimated return on investment.

Claude Code was part of every phase of development. It helped the team build more than ten AI agents, more than 40 endpoints and more than 750 automated tests, along with the technical and functional documentation. That let the team focus on deciding what to build and why, and the platform went into production on the agreed timeline.
