DIVERGER THINKING, S.L. assumes its commitment to quality and the provision of excellent services, recognising the importance of integrating respect for and protection of the environment as an essential variable of its activity, avoiding the negative impacts that could arise from the development of its activities.

Therefore, it establishes the following principles based on the standards UNE-EN-ISO 9.001, 14.001:

  • Compliance with applicable legal requirements, regulations and other applicable requirements that the organisation subscribes to in terms of Quality and Environment, as well as their continuous updating.
  • Establishing continuous improvement in our Integrated Management System as the basis of our activities, in order to prevent and minimise, as far as possible, the environmental impacts generated, as well as damage and deterioration of health.
  • Establishing objectives and goals focused on the evaluation of Environmental and Quality performance.
  • Preventing pollution by recommending to our clients the use of more environmentally friendly materials, and by reducing the waste, discharges and emissions generated by our activities, as well as other impacts that our activity may produce on the environment.
  • Providing adequate training and information to employees so that they develop good environmental practices and are aware of their obligations in terms of environment and quality.
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and interested parties in everything related to our activities and their impact on society.
  • Encouraging the consultation and participation of employees in matters related to Quality and their Environmental actions.
  • Ensuring the correct condition of the facilities and adequate equipment so that they correspond with the activity, objectives and goals of the company.
  • Promoting the participation of all personnel in achieving our objectives and contributing to the service adapting to business, cultural and social values.
