Direct Channel

Purpose
This channel is intended for reporting complaints relating to irregular or inappropriate conduct such as:
- Sexual or workplace harassment.
- Discriminatory conduct.
- Working conditions.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Money laundering.
- Fraud.
- Favouritism.
- Legal or contractual breaches, etc.
Therefore, complaints that do not involve any criminal or ethical offence, those that are not duly founded or substantiated, those made in bad faith or those that are already subject to legal proceedings shall be dismissed.
Specifically, the Channel is not intended for the following situations:
- Customer or supplier complaints or claims. These situations should be handled through the usual customer or supplier service channels.
- Disputes between employees. Disputes between employees should be resolved through the company's internal procedures, such as mediation or arbitration mechanisms.
- Personal matters unrelated to the company. Personal matters of staff that are not related to the company should not be handled through the whistleblowing channel.
- Situations that do not involve a breach of regulations, codes of ethics or policies. The whistleblowing channel should be used exclusively to report conduct contrary to the law or the company's internal policies.
